Money is protected
Funded before work starts, held against that one order, released on your approval. Every movement is written to an append-only ledger you can read.
Grades are verified
Helpers submit ID, transcript and a sample script. A moderator checks them privately before a course badge appears. Your documents are never shown publicly.
Disputes get decided
48 hours to settle it directly, then arbitration with both statements submitted blind, then one appeal to a senior reviewer. Written reasons every time.
